Last week Sundown announced a new perk for their Weekend Warrior and Full Season Passholders that allows them to hit the slopes before the general public from 8 AM-9 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. Only the triple chair will be spinning during what Sundown is labeling "Weekend Golden Hour Access," but this will still allow skiers & riders access to the entire hill with some traversing.
Sundown Mountain is a ski resort located in Dubuque, Iowa offering 21 trails with 475 feet of vertical drop serviced by four chairlifts and two carpets.
We love seeing perks such as this added as part of a resort's season pass and could only imagine some of the views you can catch during these sessions. If you want to pick up your season pass to ensure your Golden Hour Access click here.
Sundown is also an Indy Pass member, meaning you can add an Indy Pass onto your season pass for just $189.00.
